1. Legal entity and Merchant of Record

This website and product are operated by Maor Akoka (sole proprietor), based in Israel.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Service scope

PHM is a digital software product for WordPress plugin performance analysis and related optimization actions. PHM provides diagnostics and recommendations, but does not guarantee specific performance outcomes on all hosting environments or plugin stacks.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your site credentials, API keys, and account access. Unauthorized sharing or abuse of service capacity may lead to access restrictions.

4. Acceptable use

  • No illegal activity, malware distribution, or abuse of third-party systems.
  • No reverse engineering or attempts to bypass licensing controls.
  • No attempts to interfere with service integrity or availability.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are subscription products and renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Pricing, tax calculation, invoicing, and charge processing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Buyers can review order details and correct order errors before completing checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law states otherwise.

6. Refunds

Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between this page and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy terms govern refund eligibility.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a specific purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maor Akoka is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of PHM.
