Installation

  1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ or install the ZIP from Plugins → Add New.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. In WordPress admin, open Tools → Plugin Health.
  4. Run Scan Now when your site can reach PHM Cloud.

PHM Cloud connectivity

Scans require an active connection to PHM Cloud APIs. If the service is unreachable, scans are blocked by design. See the Privacy Policy for what technical data may be processed during a scan.

Free tier and Pro

PHM is available as a free plugin. Pro unlocks higher scan limits, advanced diagnostics, and priority support. Use Upgrade to Pro in the PHM admin screen to open checkout, or visit Pricing and the Customer Portal to manage your account.

Support and contact

Email support@pluginhealthmonitor.com for product help, or use the Contact page. Advanced developers can override the upgrade URL using the PHM_UPGRADE_URL constant in wp-config.php (documented in the plugin readme).

Frequently asked questions

  • Why is Scan blocked when offline? This build enforces cloud connectivity for scans.
