WordPress plugin and PHM Cloud

The PHM plugin installed on your WordPress site communicates with PHM Cloud APIs to run scans, enforce plan limits, and sync optional Pro features. Scans do not go through without a working connection to those services. Technical data sent during a scan can include plugin identifiers, performance measurements, and site metadata needed to produce health scores and reports. For a full list of categories we process, see Data we collect below. Billing and account data for Pro are handled separately through our website and Paddle.

1. Data we collect

  • Account information (name, email, subscription metadata).
  • Site telemetry required to provide PHM features (usage counters, plugin-related performance metrics).
  • Technical logs for security monitoring, uptime incident response, and audit records.

2. How we use data

  • Deliver and improve product functionality.
  • Operate billing, support, and service communications.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. Payments

Payment processing is performed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on PHM infrastructure.

4. Data sharing

Data may be shared only with required processors and infrastructure providers for service operation, compliance, and security.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, and abuse prevention. You may request account data review or deletion, subject to legal constraints.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@pluginhealthmonitor.com to exercise these rights.
