Refund Policy

1. General policy

If PHM does not work as described and the issue cannot be resolved by support, refund requests are reviewed under the eligibility terms below and applicable law.

2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Abuse, fraud, or policy violations are not eligible for refund.

3. How to request

Send your receipt id, account email, and a short explanation to billing@pluginhealthmonitor.com.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take several business days depending on the payment method.

5. Buyer support through Paddle

Buyers can also open order-related support requests directly via Paddle.net. This includes billing questions, invoices, and refund handling.
